During Covid her kitty passed away after 17 years and the family decided to try being Dog owners. They adopted Max and as she likes to say he is now her favorite, since her teenagers no explanation needed. Virginia is also on the board of directors for Housing Families and North Suffolk Community Services as she feels strongly in giving back to her community.
