Virginia became committed to providing the best experience in real estate following a nightmare experience buying her first home! She would have benefited from having an agent that explained the process to her, kept her on track throughout the process, negotiated on her behalf and walked her off the cliff when needed. Subsequently she learned all that she could about the entire buying/selling process and making that as stress free as possible. Her strong values, work ethic, sense of humor and accessibility allow her to focus on her clients needs, understanding that, for most people, this is a huge financial and emotional decision. When Virginia is not working, her other "job" is driving her daughters to their activities. Her eldest does competitive Rhythmic Gymnastics and of course the gym isnt close to home up in Middleton. Ask her where all the nearest Dunkin Donuts and libraries are. If she ever had the time, she would be traveling and/or reading a book. She loves reading so much, she joined "Read to a Child", a non profit that matches up mentors with children that could use the one on one interaction while reading a great book. In fact, she loves the program so much that she donates a part of each sale to them. However since Covid and the closing of schools and therefore the temporary closing of the program she has partnered up with the Reach out and Read program which is led by pediatricians. They want to get a book in the hands of each child that visits them. Since her kitty passed away in January due to old age and after much debate the family adopted a rescue dog. He is a year old, neutered mix and his name is Max. They are going through a learning curve of having a pet that used a litter box, couldn't care less about exercise and requested attention once in a while, to having a pet that needs constant exercise and attention and having to pick up after the animal. Virginia says it's like having a toddler in the house again. If she is on a call or a zoom meeting, Max makes it known the attention is no longer on him. But who can resist those big brown eyes and the look of adoration Max so freely gives. Virginia looks forward to getting to know a little about you and your family and help with your home search.
