Katie Gillis-Ware

Katie has been a licensed REALTOR® and has been practicing real estate since 2002. She became a member of the Chuha & Scouten Team in January of 2016. As a full time real estate agent Katie strives to provide excellent customer service as well as ease the stress of making buying and selling decisions. As a REALTOR®, facilitator, and careful negotiator, she has helped many families achieve their goal whether it be finding a home to personally suite them or selling their current home.

Katie specializes in selling real estate in Wilmington, Massachusetts and the surrounding areas. Her focus is primarily with single and multi-family homes, and town homes north of the Boston area.

Katie was born and raised in Wilmington, Massachusetts and since resides there with her husband and 3 children.
