Helping my clients be successful is what drives me. Let’s face it, real estate transactions have a lot of moving pieces involving many people as well as the largest amount of money most people will deal with in their lives. It’s emotional, even for investors. I’ve never looked at this as a “sales job”. To me, being a real estate agent is about “project management” and “service”; two skills for which my years in the high tech industry left me well prepared to deliver. My analytical skills, attention to detail and unique mix of technology, tools, creativity and instinct help my clients achieve their goals. Often my clients ask if I play poker. Why, you ask? One of my strengths when negotiating the best terms for my client is reading the situation and advising my clients accordingly. Knowing that this process can be very emotional for my clients they benefit from my unwavering goal of keeping things on track to a successful outcome. Eyes on the prize!
