John’s passion for real estate started when he bought his first home at age 23. Taking pride in his largest financial investment, he enjoyed learning about home maintenance, repairs, and improvements. Looking back from his own experience, he thought the process should be improved... more explanation, better advice, and understanding of the urgency and stress that can be involved. After many years of sales and marketing experience, he decided to combine his skills and passion to form the Ternullo Real Estate Team with his wife, Michelle. John is a workaholic at heart, but when he’s not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, fitness, home improvement and woodworking.
