David Dalton


David has more than three years of experience assisting Buyers and Sellers in the Greater Boston area. In 2013 he managed 17 transactions which represented a 64 percent increase in business over 2012 and an 87% increase in dollar volume. Prior to joining Leading Edge, David spent more than 20 years as a Controller and Chief Financial Officer for several professional services companies in the Boston area. Most recently, he operated his own consulting business offering interim and contract CFO services to a number of local companies. His professional financial experience and general business knowledge serve his clients well as they navigate the many changes in today’s real estate market. David believes his knowledge, experience and professionalism assures that his clients receive the utmost attention and service as they embark on one of their greatest financial endeavors, the purchase or sale of a home. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR) and the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) and a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.
