Stephanie Theisen

Stephanie is the Office Liaison for the Belmont, Arlington, Cambridge, and Winchester offices. As the newest member of the team, she has quickly embraced the processes and culture that make Leading Edge a leader in the industry.

Stephanie brings a wealth of experience from her background in marketing, design, and e-commerce. As a former Ecommerce Manager, she successfully elevated company presence on platforms like Michaels and Etsy, earning top global rankings and thousands of five-star customer reviews. Her expertise in multi-channel marketing and operational excellence translates seamlessly to real estate, where she helps agents build their brands, streamline workflows, and grow their businesses.

Tasked with integrating AI into Leading Edge’s operations, Stephanie approached the challenge with her hallmark enthusiasm and strategic thinking. Her efforts are helping agents save time and focus more on their clients by making processes more efficient and effective.

A graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, Stephanie also holds an M.S. in Communications Management from Simmons University and a CDIA from Boston University. Her strong academic foundation, combined with her entrepreneurial experience, gives her a unique ability to understand and address the challenges agents face in building and managing their careers.

Known for her responsiveness, adaptability, and ability to drive results while fostering strong relationships, Stephanie is a trusted resource for agents. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, and skiing. Her creativity, resourcefulness, and can-do attitude make her an indispensable part of the Leading Edge team.
