Lynette is the training and development liason and is also the On-Boarding coordinator for new agents joining the company. She is a graduate of Bentley University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. Prior to joining Leading Edge Real Estate, Lynette spent more than 16 years as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Assurance Manager for Lotus Development and IBM. Lynette is also a licensed REALTOR® and is able to bring first-hand agent experience to assist our agents with their day-to-day operations.

Lynette is process oriented and highly organized. She prides herself as a premier multi-tasker who delivers a quality finished product to her customers. She enjoys the daily interaction with the agents and staff and the opportunity to help teach our agents new tools and ways of being more productive. She spent a year at Lesley University pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education before switching into the tech field. Her love for teaching is carried into her role every day when she works and helps our agents grow their business.
