IT'S GETTING A LITTLE WEIRD
Something Magical
is Happening Here
Our agents voluntarily show up to training. Not just the new ones trying to impress anyone - the seasoned pros too. They collaborate on deals when they could easily hoard leads. Some have been caught... humming.
The Boston Globe noticed too and we’ve been named to the Best Places to Work List so many times, we need to invest in a new trophy case. Which explains the humming but raises new questions about what we're putting in the coffee.
Here's what's actually going on:
We've painstakingly created a place where people genuinely want to be. Where "optional" doesn't mean "skip it." Where covering for a colleague feels natural. Where your success makes everyone else cheer louder, not get jealous.
The plot twist? When agents are genuinely supported - emotionally, technically, creatively - they don't just perform better. They transform into the kind of professionals who make clients feel like family and colleagues feel like co-conspirators in something bigger.
Fair warning: Once you experience a workplace that feels like your favorite team winning the championship every day, going back to "tolerate your job" becomes physically impossible.
The uncomfortable question: What if work could actually be... fun?
