Charged with overseeing all aspects of the Finance department, Jen is adored and respected by the broker-owners because she treats every dime like it's her own. Responsible for analyzing operating expenses and cost efficiency for the company, Jen also creates and coordinates the annual budget.  She is responsible for managing personnel and day-to-day transactions as well as coordinating scheduled company performance reports.  Some of her other responsibilities include accounts payable, reconciling and end of the year 1099 and tax reporting.  This job is a barrel of laughs.

Jen graduated from Merrimack College with a Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Management. She brings a beautiful smile along with strong analytical and organizational skills to her role. She is always thinking ahead to plan for the financial success of Leading Edge.
