Paul Mydelski

Chairman & Founder

Paul Mydelski is the founder and chairman of Leading Edge Real Estate. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s operation. Including the real estate brokerage company, insurance company and corporate relocation businesses. Paul brings more than 25 years of real estate experience to Leading Edge. He has been instrumental in growth and expansion of the company.

Paul is known as a leader, having coached and mentored hundreds of agents and staff members to achieve success in their professional careers. He is a strong believer in education and the highest level of support and marketing for our agents. He pushes for improved standards and practices on both a company and industry level and is highly regarded as an innovator among his peers.

As an accomplished and recognized real estate leader, he was bestowed the distinguished Broker/Owner of the year award by RE/MAX of New England. Paul has been a pioneer in luxury for Leading Edge Real Estate and launched the first luxury real estate office globally for the RE/MAX brand. He currently serves as a member of the Real Trends prestigious National Broker Council.

He is an avid athlete and sports fan. Following all of our New England sports teams. On of his greatest passion in life is his love of animals. He’s a proud Dad to Brando, an Australian Cattle Dog.

Linda O'Koniewski

CEO

Linda brings more than 20 years of leadership and industry experience to Leading Edge Real Estate. Linda's first-hand knowledge and experience leading one Massachusetts’ top real estate teams gives her credibility as the industry icon she is known to be. She has authored numerous training courses that provide cutting edge business systems and practices proven to double and triple agent's income. In fact, Linda's systems allow her team to run independently, giving her the freedom to share her expertise. Linda believes in the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

She is the vanguard for transforming the way in which real estate is practiced and producing the best possible outcome for both buyers and sellers. Linda has the ability to position new ideas, provide insight to create better ways to help consumers maximize value and to strategize with agents to grow their business. As a challenger, Linda is always looking for ways to improve and outsmart the competition.

Steve Chuha

President

Steve brings more than 30 years of industry experience to Leading Edge Real Estate. As a Massachusetts Licensed Real Estate Instructor and past President of EMAR, the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS, he is a master of real estate protocol and brings a solutions-based approach to resolving agent challenges and maximizing client opportunities.

Steve also leads our 90 Minutes with your Broker/Owner training each week, providing the most current information and regulations that keep our agents practicing at the highest level possible. Steve exudes confidence and his sense of humor eases tensions, builds bridges and expands relationships.

Eileen Hamblin

Senior Vice President

Eileen is the Wikipedia of real estate. She makes a difference in the lives of our agents and clients through her expertise in the many disciplines required during the real estate transaction from contract to closing and especially arbitration.

Eileen genuinely conveys kindness and grace in all of her interactions. Our agents count on Eileen to lend a friendly ear and dispense excellent advice. Over the course of her esteemed career, Eileen has served in numerous roles such as: Chairperson of the state REALTOR® association’s professional development committee, a member of the GBREB Government Affairs Committee, a regular contributor to RPAC and frequent participant at REALTOR® Day on Beacon Hill, past VP of both Government Affairs and Legal Affairs for MAR, past President of the former Eastern Middlesex Association and has served on numerous local committees and task forces. In 2017, Eileen was awarded the prestigious Andrew F. Hickey Distinguished Service Award by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board.

Christine George

President of Marketing & Business Development

Christine George is a marketing junkie, real estate enthusiast, Mom, wife and yogi. She oversees the company's marketing and business development strategies and all marketing related activities including company branding, community relations, advertising, public relations, communications and social media.

Christine has extensive marketing and sales experience in both the real estate and consumer packaged goods industries. She gained her marketing experience from some of the most renowned companies like Nestle, Gillette and Miller Brewing Company. Christine’s corporate experience and disciplined style combined with her belief in customer relationship marketing gives her a unique approach to creating marketing strategies for Leading Edge and our real estate professionals.

Grace Lima

Executive Vice President of Business Operations

As Executive Vice President of Business Operations, Grace oversees the finance, administrative operations, and staff at Leading Edge Real Estate as well as manages all day-to-day operations across all locations. Grace also oversees the construction and build-out of new locations.

Prior to joining Leading Edge Real Estate, Grace excelled in customer service roles at The Rothfeld Centre for Integrative Medicine and Planet Fitness. Grace has natural leadership and problem solving skills and is incredibly efficient and technologically savvy. Grace appreciates the company's culture of empowerment and always encourages her staff to communicate their ideas to innovate and grow the company. Grace's first language is Portuguese and she is the youngest of 10 siblings!

Ann Anderson

Relocation Director

Ann is the Relocation Director and manages and operates the Relocation Division.

Ann brings 22 years of real estate and relocation experience to Leading Edge Real Estate. Ann earned her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) and GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) designations and is a member of the Relocation Directors Council (RDC), and the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC).

Ann has served as an appointed member of the Brookfield Global Relocation Services Relocation Advisory Council (RAC) and was a Mentor for the Northeast Prudential Real Estate Affiliates. Ann is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Relocation Directors Council (RDC). Ann’s knowledge, enthusiasm and dedication to the relocation industry fuels the growth of the Leading Edge Real Estate Relocation Division. Ann enjoys traveling, gardening, reading, yoga, and theater but especially loves spending time with her two grandsons.

Bill Butler

Director of Productivity

In his role as Productivity Coach, Bill mentors special coaching programs that include Tom Ferry's Breakthrough and Leading Edge Real Estate's weekly collaborative Mastermind meetings. Bill focuses on sharing marketing strategies, keeping an optimum mindset and improving and maximizing sales skills and dialogues. He graduated from Indiana University, with a Bachelor's in Telecommunications. Prior to joining Leading Edge Real Estate, Bill was a REALTOR at South Bay Brokers in Redondo Beach, California. He also worked in business development and media sales for 10 years prior to real estate. Bill's 23 years of sales experience, 13 in real estate and over 5 in real estate coaching programs, gives him the unique opportunity of sharing his knowledge while successfully practicing the art of real estate.

As a featured speaker for NAR and other local and regional real estate events, he continues to act as an ambassador for Leading Edge Real Estate. What Bill loves most about his job is that he is empowered to share and collaborate with the best agents in the business! Originally from the Midwest, Bill came to Boston after spending more than 10 years in Southern California. He has been known to say he LOVES being a New Englander. In his spare time, Bill is a singer in a band and an expert juggler.

Alison Socha

Director of Business Operations

Alison manages both a real estate team and is part of the Business Operations Team at Leading Edge Real Estate. Alison has worked for the company since 1999 in various capacities, which means she has an understanding of most aspects of the business. Her focus on the Business Operations team is assisting agents and team members with nuanced real estate concerns and questions, as well as technology, training, forms, and our RLE programming and presentations. Alison graduated cum laude from Boston University as a Medeiros Scholar. Additionally, agents can contact Alison on nuanced real estate questions because she has been problem-solving in the industry since 2003 and is one of the top agents in the company.

Amanda Carreiro

Creative Director

As Creative Director, Amanda leads all creative communications, advertising, digital marketing and print marketing and develops and directs all creative work within the organization. Amanda also oversees the creation, design, printing, postage and distribution of our agent’s personal marketing collateral. Amanda holds a degree in Graphic Design from The New England Institute of Art and is proficient in digital and print systems and processes and has a unique eye for light, color and making a property look magnificent.

She is an expert in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. She is detail-oriented, diligent, and passionate about her job. Amanda loves working side-by-side with the agents at Leading Edge Real Estate and loves having the freedom to be creative and try new things.

Amanda Lerner

Graphic Designer

As Graphic Designer, Amanda creates custom marketing collateral for our agents as well as for the company. After graduating from Endicott College, Amanda began her career at Leading Edge as a Marketing Coordinator. She immediately realized her passion for graphic design and her skills blossomed as she combined her creativity with her new found skillset.

Amanda brings strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as an eagerness to learn. As a competitive cheerleader and captain, she learned the value of working in a team environment and working toward a common goal.

Becca Belleau

Marketing Coordinator

Lexington

Becca is our Lexington Marketing Coordinator and resident photographer. She attended Bridgewater State University where she studied Graphic Design and Photography. Prior to Leading Edge Real Estate she worked at a print company as a graphic designer.

From a young age Becca had a camera attached to her hand and enjoys layout design and exploring different aspects of design and marketing. She loves that real estate provides new and different ways to be creative and no day is the same.  She feels a great sense of accomplishment when working on large-scale projects with agents. Outside of Leading Edge Real Estate Becca is the founder of Captured, a free-lance photography business. She also enjoys camping, hiking and anything outdoors. If you can’t find her look north to the woods and mountains! 

Kathleen Coates

Cambridge Receptionist

Kathleen is the receptionist in our Cambridge office. Her friendly and welcoming disposition make agents, clients, and guests feel welcome every time they visit the office. She enjoys working in an office where agents, admins, owners, and managers are all so welcoming and she feels that everyone is appreciated.

Kathy is very family oriented and has been married to her high school sweetheart for 40 years. Together they have 2 sons and a daughter they raised in Belmont. She now enjoys spending time with her 3 year old granddaughter.

Lynette Delucia

Marketing Coordinator

Reading and Wakefield

Lynette is the Marketing Coordinator in our Reading, Wakefield office. She is a graduate of Bentley University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. Prior to joining Leading Edge Real Estate, Lynette spent more than 16 years as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Assurance Manager for Lotus Development and IBM.

Lynette is process oriented and highly organized. She prides herself as a premier multi-tasker who delivers a quality finished product to her customers. She loves the daily interaction with the agents and staff and the opportunity she has to help teach the agents new tools and ways of being more productive. She spent a year a Lesley University pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education before switching into the tech field. Her love for teaching is carried into her role every day when she works and helps the agents grow their business.

Rose Ierullo

Marketing Coordinator

Boston

Rose is the Marketing Coordinator in our Boston office. She is a graduate of University of Massachusetts, Lowell where she majored in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

Prior to Leading Edge Real Estate she worked in hospitality/event management where she focused on social media and graphic design. Rose spent much of her childhood in the Greater Toronto area and is a dual citizen of both the U.S. and Canada. She’s also an animal lover and has two rescue dogs from South Korea. An avid traveler, she’s been to 20 countries and 4 continents. Thailand is next on her list!

Mary Ellen Najarian

Marketing Coordinator

Belmont

Mary Ellen is responsible for providing marketing, technical, and administrative support to agents in our Belmont office. Her goal is to always keep the office running smoothly so her agents can concentrate on selling real estate! Mary Ellen has her bachelors degree from UMass Boston. She has worked for Tod Beaty since 2011 and prior to that worked in the biotech and market research industries. Mary Ellen's ability to stay organized, multitask and prioritize allow her to provide excellent service to her agents. She loves the great sense of camaraderie and teamwork in the Belmont office and considers herself lucky to work in an environment where she is appreciated by her co-workers.


Sarah Sirois

Marketing Coordinator

Melrose

Sarah is the Marketing Coordinator for the Melrose office. Sarah is smart, upbeat and always willing to lend a helping hand. In her role, she strives to create a fun, organized and easy going work environment for her Leading Edge Real Estate agents.

She prides herself in ensuring her clients have everything they need to successfully close a sale. She holds an Associates degree in Graphic Design from North Shore Community College and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Prior to Leading Edge Real Estate she was a veterinary assistant and was also a marketing assistant at Social Focus Marketing where she supported client Social Media pages and websites. Sarah has a passion for art and loves to draw and paint in her spare time. The art supply store is her idea of heaven.

    Jennifer Grande

    Director of Finance

    Jennifer oversees the management of all transactions within the company, compliance of all documents and paperwork and processing of escrow and commission payments. Jennifer is also responsible for accounts payable and billing and management of the finance team. She graduated from Merrimack College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Management.

    Jennifer has extensive management and customer service experience having worked in the retail industry prior to joining Leading Edge Real Estate. She brings strong customer service, analytical and organizational skills to her role and works proactively to prevent problems and delays in the transaction process. Jennifer especially appreciates the Leading Edge Real Estate office environment and open communication among the staff, management and owners.

    Maureen Chambers

    Transaction Coordinator

    As Transaction Coordinator, Maureen reviews transactions daily and insures compliance with all the necessary documentation. She attended Katharine Gibbs School and received a Certification in Business Administration.

    Prior to joining Leading Edge Real Estate, Maureen spent many years working in the hospitality industry and banking industry. She brings a high level of customer service to her role. She is detailed oriented and highly organized. She values the collaborative effort of everyone on the team and finds the energy in the office highly motivating. Maureen spends most of her free time with her family attending her 2 son's sporting events. What many people don't know about Maureen is that she was an Irish Step Dancer for over 10 years.

    Kerry Morris

    Financial Analyst

    Kerry is the Financial Analyst in our Winchester office. She graduated from Sacred Heart University with a degree in Marketing. Prior to joining Leading Edge Real Estate she worked at The Impression as a social media intern. Kerry is a problem solver, is very detail oriented and brings a "can do" attitude to her role. Kerry loves the positive energy of the people in the company.

    Lorraine Rigby

    Transaction Coordinator

    As Transaction Coordinator, Lorraine insures our agents get paid promptly! She tracks transactions, insures data is accurately recorded in the accounting system and that all transaction documents are compliant. Lorraine studied Business Administration at Northeastern University and worked for many years in retail management managing day-to-day operations including the oversight of inventory, merchandise ordering and human resources.

    Lorraine brings customer service excellence to her role and prides herself in old school reliability, integrity and loyalty. Lorraine loves the support and positive working environment at Leading Edge Real Estate. She and her husband travelled to China in the early 2000's to adopt their 2 daughters, Cathryn and Meghan who are the loves of their lives. Lorraine plans to one day speak Mandarin and travel back to China as a family.

    Andi Salvo

    Transaction Coordinator

    As Transaction Coordinator, Andi prepares and processes checks and insures documents are complete and correct. She is a graduate of Newbury College where she majored in Communications and minored in Psychology.

    Andi has a strong administrative background having worked as a receptionist before joining Leading Edge Real Estate. She is exceptionally detail oriented, organized and can always be counted on as a team player. Andi loves the variety that everyday brings and the vibrancy of the activity and training that takes place at Leading Edge Real Estate. Andi loves to travel, read, knit and crochet and enjoys spending time with her parrot when she is at home.
