Steve Chuha is the kind of guy who makes you feel at ease right from the first handshake. A proud dad of three daughters, he lights up the room with his humor—sometimes witty, sometimes unapologetically corny. Steve’s gift for analogies is legendary, simplifying complex real estate strategies and making them stick for agents who attend his foundational training program every week. Twice a year, he rolls out the Brian Buffini Pathway to Mastery, equipping our agents with a roadmap for excellence.

Having grown up in a well-known construction and real estate family, Steve has literally a lifetime of experience in the industry. Starting at the very bottom, he built his own franchise and, years later, rose to become the President and Broker/Owner of Leading Edge Real Estate. This lifetime of immersion gives him a unique perspective, blending a contractor’s pragmatism with a broker’s strategic vision, which he now brings to the agents he mentors and the clients he serves.

With over four decades in real estate, Steve is beloved by agents for his steady leadership and unmatched market savvy. He’s the one you want by your side when things get tough, bringing his veteran’s knowledge and cool-headed guidance to every situation. A Massachusetts licensed Real Estate Instructor and a master negotiator, he’s served in various leadership roles, from President of the local Real Estate Board to the Professional Standards Committee for the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS®.

Outside the office, Steve remains community-minded, having served as President of the Reading Rotary Club and currently serving on the Board of the DKJ Foundation. Golfing with his wife, long walks, and time with his daughters and grandchildren keep him grounded. And if there’s a dinner party, you can bet Steve will be at the head of the table, building connections as naturally as he does in business.
