Lynette Smith

Lynette Smith is a veteran real estate agent working in the business since 2003. She also plays a key role as part of the support staff as a Marketing Coordinator supporting our Andover, Beverly and Reading offices in addition to being an Agent and Tech Training and Development Liaison for the company.

A graduate of Bentley College with a degree in Computer Information Systems, followed by sixteen years in the software quality assurance field as a test engineer and manager, she puts her strong organization, process, and negotiation skills to work each day. She takes pride in working with her clients, whether they be our agents or home sellers and buyers to successfully achieve their real estate goals.

Outside of real estate, she enjoys time spent with family and friends and visits to the beach especially Martha's Vineyard - her happy place!
