Juliana Nicholls

Juliana Nicholls is a Graphic Designer & Brand Strategist at Leading Edge Real Estate. With a master’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Florida State University, she brings a wealth of knowledge in visual branding and communication strategy. During her university years, she volunteered as a camp counselor on military bases in Japan and Italy, contributing through a Department of Defense Youth & Child Services program.

Juliana’s vibrant personality and “happy to help” attitude are hallmarks of her approach, whether working with clients or collaborating with her team. Outside of work, she channels her creativity into pottery and indulges her love for live music as a concert photographer and reviewer for a music magazine. At home, she enjoys relaxing with her two beloved cats, Kahlua and Jude.
