Jennifer Manning is the woman behind the curtain at Leading Edge Real Estate, and Linda O’s right arm in every sense. If there’s a next step, Jennifer’s already two steps ahead, assembling the pieces of the puzzle with precision. She’s Linda’s own Radar O’Reilly, keeping the engines running, tackling the odd jobs, and making sure Linda stays front and center to lead the company.

Since joining in 2022, Jennifer’s impact has been everywhere—from Linda O’ Boot Camp to strategic recruiting events, she keeps everything smooth and on track. Known for her extraordinary high standards, Jennifer brings high expectations and a keen emotional intelligence, making her an astute reader of people and an insightful organizer. With her genius for editing and proofreading, she polishes every detail with care.

A Boston University alum, Jennifer’s smarts and efficiency are evident across Leading Edge’s operations. Outside the office, she’s committed to her community, serving on the board of The Food Drive and previously on the Melrose Education Foundation. Weekly volunteering with her family is a natural extension of her dedication to giving back.

When she’s not orchestrating things at Leading Edge, Jennifer’s often with family and friends or putting her organization skills to work planning memorable vacations. Her work ethic and dedication are invaluable; she truly keeps Leading Edge moving forward, one meticulous step at a time.
