Eileen Hamblin

Broker/Owner, Director of Operations

Eileen Hamblin is the heart of Leading Edge. Known as our “Wikipedia of Real Estate,” she’s the go-to for agents seeking answers, guidance, or a dose of reassurance. With four decades in the industry, Eileen seems to know the answer to every question—and delivers it with a warmth that feels like a hug. Her contributions to real estate are widely recognized; she’s earned awards such as the Massachusetts Association of REALTORS’ Milton H. Shaw Distinguished Service Award, Greater Boston’s Andrew Hickey Distinguished Service Award, and Eastern Middlesex Realtor of the Year.

Eileen’s impact extends far beyond real estate. She was named Volunteer of the Year in her hometown of Melrose and is a passionate advocate for her community. From her work with Rotary International and the Malden Warming Center to local beautification projects, she’s committed to making a difference. This year, she helped build a Habitat for Humanity home in Malden—a project that’s close to her heart. As a Broker/Owner since 1995, Eileen continues to raise the bar in real estate and community service, making an impact one answer, one client, and one cause at a time.

Long time service on Professional Standards committees has given Eileen insight into the complications that can occur in transactions and ways to improve education and procedures to avoid problems.

Besides taking time to enjoy her children and grandchildren Eileen volunteers for numerous service organizations including Rotary International, the Malden Warming Center and local clean-up and beautification projects. Assisting Habitat for Humanity in building a home for a family in Malden was an especially heart-warming volunteer opportunity.  A Broker/Owner since 1995 Eileen is always ready to answer questions and offer support.
