Erin Sampson

Erin Sampson brings an adventurous spirit, a creative mind, and a genuine desire to make people feel cared for. She's resourceful, quick to laugh, and never afraid to try something new. Whether she's tackling an unexpected challenge or learning a new skill, Erin jumps in with enthusiasm and a determination to figure things out.

Real estate is in her blood! Erin is the daughter of Kathleen Gorman and granddaughter of Jean Gorman, both with deep roots in the real estate community. Growing up around the business gave Erin an early appreciation for the relationships, hard work, and personal attention that make a great agent. Now she's excited to make her own mark.

A graduate of Melrose High School, Erin studied marketing with a minor in sales at Plymouth State University. She's worked everywhere from summer camps and ski resorts to hospitality, retail, and a real estate company, learning how to connect with all kinds of people and solve problems on the fly.

One of her proudest moments came while organizing a Teddy Bear Toss at a college hockey game. A young patient had been invited to drop the ceremonial first puck, but when he arrived late, Erin scrambled to rearrange the evening without making him feel he'd caused a problem. He left declaring it the best hockey game he'd ever attended and asking his mom if he could start playing hockey himself. That's Erin. She notices the little things that make a big difference.

Outside of work, Erin loves snowboarding, fishing, hiking, and trying new hobbies. She's even entered a snowboarding competition and won herself a snowboard! She's happiest spending time with family and friends, preferably laughing. As Erin puts it, if she's laughed a lot in a day, it's been a good day.

Erin is at the beginning of her real estate career, but she brings curiosity, resourcefulness, a willingness to learn, and a real affection for people. She's excited to build a career around what she enjoys most: finding solutions, bringing people together, and making sure everyone feels taken care of.
