Adam Zona

Adam Zona brings an investor’s eye and a mathematician’s mind to real estate.

With a background in mathematics, finance and real estate investing, Adam is particularly good at helping clients understand the numbers behind a decision—not simply what a property costs, but what makes it a smart purchase.

He has studied corporate finance, valuation and real estate capital markets at NYU Stern and owns and manages his own real estate investment portfolio.

Before moving into investing and real estate, Adam spent eight years teaching mathematics. That experience still shapes the way he works: analyze the problem, explain it clearly and give people the information they need to make a confident decision.

Adam lives in Melrose with his wife, Quinn, and their two young children, Charlotte and James. When he isn’t studying a property or running the numbers, he’d much rather be outside with his family.
