After Phil left the army as a Field Artillery Officer, he began a sales career where he learned the value of building long term customer relationships. His professional career encompassed virtually every facet of the business: development, marketing, product management, sales, training, and business development for several public and private companies. He had been VP of Corporate Sales for the East Coast for Packard Bell Computers during its highest growth period. Phil built up his own manufacturing representatives company to handle this and additional consumer product/technology products that supplied big-box retailers with international reach.
Phil is excited to have the opportunity to apply these skills to the real estate industry. He enjoys a hands-on approach and has had a long career in negotiating large contracts for his clients.
Phil lives in Arlington, his wife, Carolyn, and they are active in the dog rescue arena, having been volunteers since 2007 when they adopted their first rescue. Happily, they just adopted their third rescue, a four-year-old Boston Terrier-mix named Pudge.
Carolyn and Phil combine their talents to benefit their buyers and sellers. They both love the ever-changing real estate business and prefer a personal touch in working with clients. It is not about awards nor Facebook for them, but the individual client's best interests and needs. The majority of their clients are past clients or their referrals to their friends and families. Carolyn and Phil are confident that their vast experiences and real estate knowledge can stand up to the competition.
