Born and raised in Western Canada, David grew up playing hockey, attending local public school and participating in cub scouts. He attended the University of Manitoba where he earned both a bachelor's degree in economics and a degree in business administration. David worked with The Bank of Nova Scotia for 10 years ending up in Boston underwriting some of the largest real estate loans made in Boston to that time. In 1984, he left the banking business to join the development team at ITT Sheraton Hotels. At the time of his departure from Sheraton in 1995 he was the Vice President and Director of Development for North America.
Since that time David has continued to develop hotels, provide hospitality development consultant services, formed a residential development and construction company and has built and sold some of the finest homes and condominiums in the area. He comes to the Paul Cirignano team with a formidable amount of real estate knowledge that can be leveraged to the benefit of his clients.
David has raised three children in Winchester, all of who have now moved on and are successful in their own right. He and his wife continue to reside in Winchester where they can often be seen walking and enjoying a cup of coffee downtown. He enjoys boating, scuba diving, riding his motorcycle, traveling the world and an occasional round of golf. He is active in his boat club where he currently is the financial secretary.
