Paul Mydelski

Chairman & Founder

Paul has been recognized as one of the most accomplished Broker/Owners within RE/MAX of New England. In addition to his 25 years of industry experience, Paul brings vision to RE/MAX Leading Edge and has grown the company from 3 agents in 1 office in 2001 to more than 220 agents in 12 locations throughout Greater Boston.

Paul believes that investing in education, support and marketing for our agents will guarantee their success. He pushes for improved standards and practices on a regional and national level. He is a regional and national industry speaker and is highly regarded as a leader among his peers within RE/MAX of New England and beyond. In 2012 he was bestowed the distinguished Broker/Owner of the year award by RE/MAX of New England. Paul has been a pioneer in luxury for RE/MAX and launched the first RE/MAX Collection Luxury office globally for the company.

Linda O'Koniewski

CEO

Linda brings more than 20 years of leadership and industry experience to RE/MAX Leading Edge. Linda's first-hand knowledge and experience leading one of RE/MAX of New England's top real estate teams gives her credibility as the industry icon she is known to be. She has authored numerous training courses that provide leading edge business systems and practices proven to double and triple agent's income. In fact, Linda's systems allow her team to run independently, giving her the freedom to share her expertise. Linda believes in the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

She is the vanguard for transforming the way in which real estate is practiced and producing the best possible outcome for both buyers and sellers. Linda has the ability to position new ideas, provide insight to create better ways to help consumers maximize value and to strategize with agents to grow their business. As a challenger, Linda is always looking for ways to improve and outsmart the competition.

Steve Chuha

President

Steve brings more than 30 years of industry experience to RE/MAX Leading Edge and more than 25 years as a RE/MAX Broker/Owner. As a Massachusetts Licensed Real Estate Instructor and past President of EMAR, the Eastern Middlesex Association of REALTORS, he is a master of real estate protocol and brings a solutions-based approach to resolving agent challenges and maximizing client opportunities.

Steve also leads our 90 Minutes with your Broker/Owner training each week, providing the most current information and regulations that keep our agents practicing at the highest level possible. Steve, along with his business partners, Eileen and Linda, received the prestigious Broker/Owner of the Year award from RE/MAX of New England in 2009. Steve exudes confidence and his sense of humor eases tensions, builds bridges and expands relationships.

Eileen Hamblin

Senior Vice President

Eileen is the Wikipedia of real estate. She makes a difference in the lives of our agents and clients through her expertise in the many disciplines required during the real estate transaction from contract to closing and especially arbitration.

Eileen genuinely conveys kindness and grace in all of her interactions. Our agents count on Eileen to lend a friendly ear and dispense excellent advice. Eileen is a past MAR Director and EMAR President and has been awarded EMAR REALTOR of the Year, Citizen of the Year in Melrose and the Milton Shaw Distinguished Service award.

Christine George

President of Marketing & Business Development

Christine George oversees the company's marketing and business development strategies and all marketing related activities including company branding, community relations, advertising, public relations, communications and social media. Christine is also responsible for RE/MAX Leading Edge's luxury strategy.

Prior to joining RE/MAX Leading Edge, Christine spent 7 years at RE/MAX of New England. There, she was a member of the senior leadership team and was responsible for overseeing the marketing staff and agency and corporate partners. Christine brings more than 16 years experience in sales and marketing in the consumer packaged goods industry. She spent 10 years at Nestle USA and Nestle Waters North America and also worked for the Gillette Company and Miller Brewing Company.

Grace Lima

Executive Vice President of Business Operations

As Executive Vice President of Business Operations, Grace oversees the finance, administrative operations, and staff at RE/MAX Leading Edge as well as manages all day-to-day operations across all 11 locations. Grace also oversees the construction and build-out of new locations. She is also responsible for onboarding all new agents and staff and ensuring a seamless transition. Grace is currently pursuing a business management degree from Bunker Hill Community College.

Prior to joining RE/MAX Leading Edge, Grace excelled in customer service roles at The Rothfeld Centre for Integrative Medicine and Planet Fitness. Grace has natural leadership and problem solving skills and is incredibly efficient and technologically savvy. Grace appreciates the company's culture of empowerment and always encourages her staff to communicate their ideas to innovate and grow the company. Grace's first language is Portuguese and she is the youngest of 10 siblings!

Tod Beaty


Tod Beaty is a 34-year resident of Cambridge and a graduate of Beloit College and of Harvard University's Graduate School of Education. In 1981, Mr. Beaty founded Ingram, Rettig & Beaty Real Estate where he built the firm's residential division before becoming President in 1990. In 1993, Mr. Beaty joined forces with Hammond Residential's Saul Cohen and Joe Hare to extend his firm's reach in Greater Boston.

Tod's company has grown through a number of acquisitions that include the purchase of Ellis & Andrews, Cambridge's oldest real estate firm and of Breed & Associates and Natoli Real Estate in Belmont. In 2016 Tod, along with his Cambridge and Belmont Offices, joined RE/MAX Leading Edge. Mr. Beaty is active in a range of community organizations including the Harvard Square Business Association, the Cambridge Center for Adult Education, Buckingham, Browne & Nichols School and the Cambridge Historical Society.

Bill Butler

Director of Productivity

In his role as Productivity Coach, Bill mentors special coaching programs that include Tom Ferry's Breakthrough and RE/MAX Leading Edge's weekly collaborative Mastermind meetings. Bill focuses on sharing marketing strategies, keeping an optimum mindset and improving and maximizing sales skills and dialogues. He graduated from Indiana University, with a Bachelor's in Telecommunications. Prior to joining RE/MAX, Bill was a REALTOR at South Bay Brokers in Redondo Beach, California. He also worked in business development and media sales for 10 years prior to real estate. Bill's 23 years of sales experience, 13 in real estate and over 5 in real estate coaching programs, gives him the unique opportunity of sharing his knowledge while successfully practicing the art of real estate.

As a featured speaker for NAR and other local and regional real estate events, he continues to act as an ambassador for RE/MAX Leading Edge. What Bill loves most about his job is that he is empowered to share and collaborate with the best agents in the business! Originally from the Midwest, Bill came to Boston after spending more than 10 years in Southern California. He has been known to say he LOVES being a New Englander. In his spare time, Bill is a singer in a band and an expert juggler.

Alison Socha

Director of Business Operations

Alison manages both a real estate team and is part of the Business Operations Team at RE/MAX Leading Edge. Alison has worked for the company since 1999 in various capacities, which means she has an understanding of most aspects of the business. Her focus on the Business Operations team is assisting agents and team members with nuanced real estate concerns and questions, as well as technology, training, forms, and our RLE programming and presentations. Alison graduated cum laude from Boston University as a Medeiros Scholar. Additionally, agents can contact Alison on nuanced real estate questions because she has been problem-solving in the industry since 2003 and is one of the top agents in the company.

Amanda Carreiro

Graphic Designer

As Graphic Designer, Amanda provides turn-key marketing support to RE/MAX Leading Edge agents. Amanda works one-on-one with our agents and leads the strategy, creation, design, printing, postage and distribution of their personal marketing collateral. She is also responsible for the company's creative marketing including branding, event invitations and all other related marketing and advertising. Amanda holds a degree in Graphic Design from The New England Institute of Art and is proficient in digital and print systems and processes and has a unique eye for light, color and making a property look magnificent.

She is an expert in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. She is detail-oriented, diligent, and passionate about her job. Amanda loves working side-by-side with the agents at RE/MAX Leading Edge and loves having the freedom to be creative and try new things.

Emily Dugal

Digital Marketing Manager

Emily is the Digital Marketing Manager. She is responsible for planning and implementing our overall digital marketing strategy and she also assits our agents leverage social media to generate business.

She graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Sports Studies degree and a minor in Marketing. Prior to working at RE/MAX Leading Edge, Emily worked for the NHL's Columbus Blue Jackets selling season ticket packages and she has prior experience working in a marketing position in the real estate industry. Emily is highly organized and prides herself in providing premier customer service by anticipating her customer's needs and satisfying them before the customer even realizes it. Emily enjoys working with agents to help them build their business and brand and she loves to learn and try new things. Emily loves to travel and is a collector of Harry Potter books from the places she travels. Currently she owns HP books in Italian, Greek, 2 in German, 2 in French and the entire British boxed set!

Kathleen Coates

Cambridge Receptionist

Kathleen is the receptionist in our Cambridge office. Her friendly and welcoming disposition make agents, clients, and guests feel welcome every time they visit the office. She enjoys working in an office where agents, admins, owners, and managers are all so welcoming and she feels that everyone is appreciated.

Kathy is very family oriented and has been married to her high school sweetheart for 40 years. Together they have 2 sons and a daughter they raised in Belmont. She now enjoys spending time with her 3 year old granddaughter.

Lynette Delucia

Marketing Coordinator

Lynnfield, Reading and Wakefield

Lynette is the Marketing Coordinator in our Reading, Wakefield and Lynnfield offices. She is a graduate of Bentley University and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems. Prior to joining RE/MAX Leading Edge, Lynette spent more than 16 years as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer and Quality Assurance Manager for Lotus Development and IBM.

Lynette is process oriented and highly organized. She prides herself as a premier multi-tasker who delivers a quality finished product to her customers. She loves the daily interaction with the agents and staff and the opportunity she has to help teach the agents new tools and ways of being more productive. She spent a year a Lesley University pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education before switching into the tech field. Her love for teaching is carried into her role every day when she works and helps the agents grow their business.

Amanda Lerner

Marketing Coordinator

Arlington and Somerville

Amanda is the Marketing Coordinator for our Arlington office. She is a 2014 graduate of Endicott College where she majored in Communications with a concentration in Advertising.

Amanda comes to RE/MAX Leading Edge from Bright Horizons where she created email blasts, flyers, print ads and digital ads, collaborated with vendors for advertising opportunities, updated center websites and performed various other marketing related activities. She also worked as a Product Specialist/Customer Service Representative at Punchbowl. Amanda brings strong interpersonal and organizational skills as well as an eagerness to learn in an upbeat environment. Amanda was a competitive cheerleader and captain and through that experience, she learned the value of working in a team environment and working toward a common goal.

Georgia Lianos

Marketing Coordinator

Cambridge

Georgia is responsible for facilitating any marketing, social media and administrative needs for our Cambridge agents. She handles day-to-day operations around the office, coordinates events, and helps with preparing and managing confidential legal documents. In addition, she provides training and technical support, including assistance with marketing listings and designing promotional material. She is skilled in Adobe InDesign, Excel, Illustrator and photoshop.

Georgia graduated from UMASS Boston with a major in English and a concentration in Business. She has worked in the Cambridge office since 2000, where she also helped create the office's digital footprint and e-social identity. Georgia loves connecting with people and always aims at a "family-oriented" work ethic and environment. She values teamwork and calmly handles any type of stress-related situations, making her the ideal candidate to work under pressure. She considers herself a city-girl having lived in the Seaport and Back Bay and enjoys the occasional stroll while window-shopping. She is fluent in Greek and visits her family in Greece as much as she can!

Mary-Ellen Najarian

Marketing Coordinator

Belmont

Mary Ellen is responsible for providing marketing, technical, and administrative support to agents in our Belmont office. Her goal is to always keep the office running smoothly so her agents can concentrate on selling real estate! Mary Ellen has her bachelors degree from UMass Boston. She has worked for Tod Beaty since 2011 and prior to that worked in the biotech and market research industries. Mary Ellen's ability to stay organized, multitask and prioritize allow her to provide excellent service to her agents. She loves the great sense of camaraderie and teamwork in the Belmont office and considers herself lucky to work in an environment where she is appreciated by her co-workers.

Sara Nicolau

Executive Assistant to Linda O'Koniewski

Sara is heading up Events for RE/MAX Leading Edge and is also supporting Linda O'Koniewski to coordinate education workshops, business meetings and company growth. Her inside knowledge of the marketing, listing, financial, and presentation systems and paperwork that teams use is an asset to all teams throughout the company.

Sara Nicolau started her "real life" career right here at RE/MAX Leading Edge as the team marketing and transaction coordinator for the Agent Expertise team. Behind every great team, is a wonder of organization and implementation, and Sara learned every nuance of listing and selling property during her three year stint with one of the company's top producing agents and executive team members.

Sara attended James Madison University and is an accomplished equestrian and horse enthusiast. She can be found working out in the gym, in the yoga studio or out for a run to keep herself in shape. She appreciates healthy food and prioritizes smart meals. RSVP to Sara for all events and reach out to her for follow up after educational or business meetings for supporting materials.

Sarah Sirois

Marketing Coordinator

Lexington

Sarah is the Marketing Coordinator for the Lexington office. Sarah is smart, upbeat and always willing to lend a helping hand. In her role, she strives to create a fun, organized and easy going work environment for her RE/MAX Leading Edge agents.

She prides herself in ensuring her clients have everything they need to successfully close a sale. She holds an Associates degree in Graphic Design from North Shore Community College and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from The Manning School of Business at the University of Massachusetts Lowell. Prior to RE/MAX Leading Edge she was a veterinary assistant and was also a marketing assistant at Social Focus Marketing where she supported client Social Media pages and websites. Sarah has a passion for art and loves to draw and paint in her spare time. The art supply store is her idea of heaven.

Kathleen Veale

Marketing Coordinator

Winchester

Kathleen is the Marketing Coordinator in our Winchester location. She is a graduate of Emmanuel College where she majored in Graphic Design and Technology and minored in Photography. She comes to RE/MAX Leading Edge from TESstylists where she assisted on photo shoots and editorials with the Improper Bostonian Magazine and was the content creator for their website and blog. She is highly organized, detail oriented and hungry to learn. Kathleen also believes in giving back and is a volunteer at Rosie's Place, a shelter that provides services for homeless women.

Sarah Williamson

Marketing Coordinator

Back Bay

Sarah is the Marketing Coordinator in our Back Bay location. She is a graduate of Simmons College where she majored in Integrated Media and minored in Graphic Design. Prior to joining RE/MAX Leading Edge, Sarah worked as a freelance designer and marketing consultant for several Real Estate agents in Boston. She helped coordinate marketing materials from mailers to website design.

Sarah brings her knowledge of Real Estate marketing, both digital and print design aesthetics and the love for helping others achieve success to the Back Bay team! The positive attitudes displayed by co-workers makes coming to work everyday a wonderful experience. Sarah believes that when you love what you do, it shows in your work ethic. When she's not working, Sarah enjoys baking, reading as many books as possible, and traveling to places she's never been.

Jennifer Grande

Director of Finance

Jennifer oversees the management of all transactions within the company, compliance of all documents and paperwork and processing of escrow and commission payments. Jennifer is also responsible for accounts payable and billing and management of the finance team. She graduated from Merrimack College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Management.

Jennifer has extensive management and customer service experience having worked in the retail industry prior to joining RE/MAX Leading Edge. She brings strong customer service, analytical and organizational skills to her role and works proactively to prevent problems and delays in the transaction process. Jennifer especially appreciates the RE/MAX Leading Edge office environment and open communication among the staff, management and owners.

Maureen Chambers

Transaction Coordinator

As Transaction Coordinator, Maureen reviews transactions daily and insures compliance with all the necessary documentation. She attended Katharine Gibbs School and received a Certification in Business Administration.

Prior to joining RE/MAX Leading Edge, Maureen spent many years working in the hospitality industry and banking industry. She brings a high level of customer service to her role. She is detailed oriented and highly organized. She values the collaborative effort of everyone on the team and finds the energy in the office highly motivating. Maureen spends most of her free time with her family attending her 2 son's sporting events. What many people don't know about Maureen is that she was an Irish Step Dancer for over 10 years.

Kerry Morris

Financial Analyst

Winchester

Kerry is the Financial Analyst in our Winchester office. She graduated from Sacred Heart University with a degree in Marketing. Prior to joining RE/MAX Leading Edge she worked at The Impression as a social media intern. Kerry is a problem solver, is very detail oriented and brings a "can do" attitude to her role. Kerry loves the positive energy of the people in the company.

Lorraine Rigby

Transaction Coordinator

As Transaction Coordinator, Lorraine insures our agents get paid promptly! She tracks transactions, insures data is accurately recorded in the accounting system and that all transaction documents are compliant. Lorraine studied Business Administration at Northeastern University and worked for many years in retail management managing day-to-day operations including the oversight of inventory, merchandise ordering and human resources.

Lorraine brings customer service excellence to her role and prides herself in old school reliability, integrity and loyalty. Lorraine loves the support and positive working environment at RE/MAX Leading Edge. She and her husband travelled to China in the early 2000's to adopt their 2 daughters, Cathryn and Meghan who are the loves of their lives. Lorraine plans to one day speak Mandarin and travel back to China as a family.

Andi Salvo

Transaction Coordinator

As Transaction Coordinator, Andi prepares and processes checks and insures documents are complete and correct. She is a graduate of Newbury College where she majored in Communications and minored in Psychology.

Andi has a strong administrative background having worked as a receptionist before joining RE/MAX Leading Edge. She is exceptionally detail oriented, organized and can always be counted on as a team player. Andi loves the variety that everyday brings and the vibrancy of the activity and training that takes place at RE/MAX Leading Edge. Andi loves to travel, read, knit and crochet and enjoys spending time with her parrot when she is at home.

Tina Fisher

Transaction Coordinator

Tina has dual roles and works in both finance, overseeing all financial aspects, as well as acting as office manager. Tina graduated with a degree in accounting from Stonehill college. She has worked with Tod Beaty for 20 years and prior to that worked as a staff accountant for John M. Corcoran and Company. Tina is extremely organized and her attention to detail has given her the ability to handle many different tasks. She enjoys the people she works with and that each day brings new challenges. When not helping our agents Tina spends time running, biking, hiking, and cooking.
